Infrastructure

We have a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant spread over an area of 4000 sq ft and have an installed capacity of 15000 units. Production of the fabrics is done on most modern techniques at our weaving unit which is empowered with the requisite machinery and tools. We have made a mark in the global fashion industry by producing 15,000 pieces in a day. We have installed following hi-tech machines that have been imported from leading international companies: Fully automatic jacquard looms for weaving Finishing machines of European and Japanese brand Interlocking machine In order to manufacture an innovative collection of scarves and home furnishings an in-house design unit has been set up in the plant. New designs are created using latest CAD/CAM facilities by our experienced professionals.

We have employed extremely competent marketing and sales professionals who help us in expanding our avenues and develop our business as per the market demands.

Our infrastructure encompasses numerous departments such as sourcing (dealing in procurement of fabric & accessories), production, quality monitoring, sampling, merchandising, and marketing and dispatch department. These departments assist in faultless manufacturing process in order to deliver qualitative products to clients.

Apart from this, our production unit comprises of knitting, dyeing, fabric finishing, embroidery, sewing and garment wash departments that work in close coordination with each other to produce finely stitched shawls, scarves and home furnishing items.

Packaging and Warehousing

After the inspection of the garments we ensure quality in the same, these garments are ironed. Then they are properly tagged with the price labels and are packed individually in poly bags as per the sizes and patterns. Finally they are packed into cartons using machines. Our range of shawls can be availed in bulk and individual packaging as per our client’s requirements. Additionally, we also offer machine and manual packaging of our products.

Further, we have a world class warehouse where we store the products in a planned manner; there are separate sections for diverse products. This enables us to access them in trouble free and fast way which is essential in case of urgent orders. We keep the environment amiable so that the products are not invaded by moths and beetles. Additionally, we have ample fire safety amenities so as to handle emergency situations. This also allows us to meet the bulk and prompt demands of our clients.
